Prozzäk arrived on the scene in 1998, and a Canadian musical phenomenon was born. The animated duo Simon and Milo was the brainchild of Jay Levine and James Bryan McCollum, two members of the critically acclaimed multi-platinum act The Philosopher Kings.

Prozzäk’s debut Hotshow went 4 times platinum (400,000), producing chart topping videos, including 2 MuchMusic number ones  (“Sucks to be you”, and “Strange Disease”), as well as being nominated for 5 Juno awards. Prozzäk also made an impact internationally, in the US, where the video for “Sucks to be you” charted on MTV2 and had top 40 hits in Spain (“Hotshow”), and Turkey (“Strange Disease”). In 2000, Prozzäk released their second album, “Saturday People”, which also went platinum and was nominated for a Juno award for best pop album. In 2017, the duo released “Forever 1999”, their first studio album in over a decade.

Their fans embraced new songs like “Love Me Tinder” and “Love Fools Anonymous”. Prozzak performed for nearly 10,000 fans on their Canadian tour from Ottawa to Victoria later that year.
