Whether you’re a Winnipeg Jets superfan or not, you’ve heard the name “Kroppy”.
With that, you likely know just how passionate Len “Kroppy” Kropioski was about the team, so it only makes sense for him to get his own card!
Before passing away at the age of 98 back in 2016, Kroppy himself served in the Second World War.
In more recent years, he’d make his way to Winnipeg from Kenora for every Jets home game and was featured on the Jumbotron giving his salute at the end of O’Canada.
Upper Deck’s new Museum Collection will be released on Nov. 10 to commemorate Remembrance Day. The cards will be free for veterans and available at select retailers for everyone else.
So much love for this bright spirit.
