There Is Now a Fourth Type of Chocolate, Thanks to Science (and It’s Pink)

At long last, there’s an addition to the varieties of chocolate.

 

Ruby chocolate takes its place alongside the traditional varieties of dark, milk and white chocolate. Its lovely pink flavor is not artificial.

 

Made from red cocoa powder derived from the ruby coco bean, the new chocolate has “berry fruitiness and luscious smoothness,” according to its developer.
