Kendall and Kylie Jenner are in trouble yet again over their vintage-style T-shirt collection that superimposed their images over depictions of iconic rock and rap legends.
The sisters are now facing legal action from Michael Miller who alleges they “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited” two picture he took of the late Tupac Shakur in their t-shirt line. (Kendall and Kylie pulled the line after receiving a serious backlash from the music community). The suit states that “an association with Kendall is particularly problematic given that she was complicit in not one but two of the worst public relations disasters in recent memory.”
The previous PR flop the suit refers to is the Pepsi commercial Kendall appeared in, which critics said exploited the Black Lives Matter movement.
