It’s mating season in Yellowstone National Park and the bison have even shorter tempers and tend to be even more unpredictable. One visitor caught video of one of the bison showing a driver it was his park by head-butting their vehicle! The National Park Service (NPS) has launched a campaign warning hikers not to pet the “fluffy cows”. Bison cause more injuries at Yellowstone than any other animal, including bears.
