Our Asian-fusion inspired burger is full of sweet, spice and everything nice! In between a locally crafted bun from La Belle Baguette is our house made 6oz hoisin chuck beef patty. The Hoisin-ator leaves you with a quick hit of heat from the wasabi slaw, which is nicely balanced by a smokey, spicey Monterey jack cheese from Bothwell, pickled onions and finished with sweet pork belly bacon (Tocino).
